VALENTINE'S MENU

Thursday 12th and friday 13th of February start 7.30 pm
Welcome reception with
Casanova Cocktail and olives
STARTER
Buffalo mozzarella with parma ham, sunblushed tomato in basil pesto dressing;
Grilled scallops wrapped with radicchio in balsamic dressing;
MAIN COURSE
Venison medallion in three sauces(capers, pink peppercorn, cherry tomato) served with roasted garlic, potato and leeks;
Vodka and lemon linguine with seafod sauce al cartoccio (wrapped in parchement paper and oven baked) served with mixed leaves salad;
DESSERT
Chocolate heart cake filled with strawberry and mint cream;
Valentine's crown
(raspberry and prosecco cream in a crown of liqueur soaked savoiardi biscuits)
